2. Bookings and Appointments

The user agrees to provide accurate information (name, address, medical condition).

The client is required to be present at the specified address at the agreed-upon time with the medical team.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The client has the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

If the order is canceled after the medical team has dispatched, transportation fees may apply.

4. Responsibilities and Obligations

We commit to providing certified medical staff and accredited laboratories, delivering services according to the highest quality and safety standards.

The client is responsible for fully disclosing any chronic illnesses, allergies, or critical medical history to ensure their safety.

5. Amendments to Terms

The application reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon being published within the app.
